Job summary

Nucar Delaware is seeking a motivated professional to engage service drive customers and help acquire vehicles for dealership inventory. You will use AutoAlert to identify potential trade-ins, appraise vehicles with photos, and upload them into our appraisal system.

You will follow up by phone, text, and in-person to facilitate trades or purchases; walk the service lane to initiate conversations; source vehicles from Facebook Marketplace and other platforms; collaborate with management to hit

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Comfortable using technology and mobile tools for appraisals and communication.
• Prior experience in automotive sales, service, or acquisitions a plus.
• Excel proficiency helpful, but not required.
