CELINE in New York is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to serve as a brand ambassador, delivering CELINE standards and luxury service across categories. You will get to know clients deeply, guide their needs, and mentor team members while supporting store operations and daily management.
The role requires a minimum of five years in luxury retail, strong client relationship skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

As a Senior Client Advisor, this position is an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the CELINE standards. Senior Client Advisors strive to get to know your clients and their every need, and to guide them across all categories of the brand. This position will be a role model to the team and will proactively support store management in establishing a client‑centric mentality.
Experience: Position requires minimum 5 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting. Proven experience in driving a multi‑million client book through relationship building.
Competencies: Action oriented, results driven, strong client service orientation, social perceptiveness, problem‑solver, strong verbal and written communication skills, passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design, ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Languages: Foreign languages a plus.

The base compensation for this role ranges from $28.00–33.00 hourly plus commission incentive plan. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long‑term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
