Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior OCM Lead to guide large-scale organizational change initiatives. You will assess change portfolios, partner with senior leaders, and shape the change roadmap in a remote-engaged team.

You have 10+ years of OCM experience, a track record with executives, and strong coaching, planning, and stakeholder management skills. This temporary contractor role offers remote work, competitive rewards, and opportunities to impact major transformations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Proven track record leading large business transformations, operating model changes, or restructurings.
• Experience working directly with executives and senior leadership teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for coaching and guiding leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assess the full change portfolio, including cumulative impact, organizational capacity, and risk.
• Lead prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff conversations with senior leadership.
• Build and maintain the people change strategy, guiding principles, and integrated change roadmap.
• Set up governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating rhythms.
• Coach executives and people leaders to guide their teams through significant change.
• Define how readiness, adoption, and success will be measured at the program level.
• Monitor change risks and readiness, and recommend interventions when needed.
• Lead knowledge transfer and build lasting change capability inside the organization.
