Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a dedicated team member to respond to high-volume inquiries via email and phone, triaging case volumes and guiding resolution on complex claims and billing inquiries.

You will critically analyze situations, escalate issues to the appropriate teams, and identify recurring issues to provide feedback to management. Also, you will act as a subject matter expert, updating the team on resources and supporting team chat, remaining flexible to take on other duties as assigned.
