Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Sr. Care Center Support Billing Specialist to join our remote team. You will handle high-volume billing inquiries, provide resolution guidance, and triage claims within a fast-paced care center environment.

Must have 2+ years in a call center, familiarity with Salesforce/AthenaNet, and a high school diploma (advanced cert a plus). This role offers 8-hour shifts between 8am-6pm EST and a target annual bonus of 10%.

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred; advanced certification a plus.
Familiar with healthcare billing and claim resolution preferred.
Experience with AthenaNet and Salesforce is a plus.
2+ years of full-time experience in a call center customer service environment.
Proficient with Salesforce, Word, Excel, web browsers and cloud-based web apps.

Responsibilities

Respond to high-volume inquiries via email/phone.
Assist with triaging case volumes.
Provide resolution guidance on complex claims and billing inquiries; overrides, take backs, coding assistance.
Escalate issues to internal teams and follow up to ensure timely service.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management.
Act as SME for current resources and communicate updates to teammates.
Support team chat with questions from colleagues.
Be flexible to take on other duties as assigned.
