A premier captive insurance management firm is seeking a Senior Captive Manager to lead the management, performance, and growth of complex captive insurance programs. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, collaborating closely with regulators and internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with clients' risk strategies. Ideal candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in captive insurance and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in captive insurance management or related risk consulting.
• Strong knowledge of captive structures and regulatory requirements.
• Professional designations such as ACI, CPCU, ARM, CPA, or similar.
• Experience working with multiple captive domiciles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of assigned captive insurance programs.

• Analyze and communicate financial results including underwriting performance.

Key Responsibilities
