We’re seeking a talented Global Procurement Solutions Senior Business Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Finance Technology Delivery team. This role supports the Global Procurement Solutions (“GPS”) team in Finance as their primary customer. The position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates in the EST timezone.

The role involves leading Coupa administration, supporting integrations, triaging system issues, maintaining configurations, and supporting other applications in line with Pacific Life’s procure-to-pay strategy.

How You’ll Help Move Us Forward

1. Application Configuration & Administration:
   • Lead evaluation and resolution of software issues and plan system updates
   • Maintain configuration documentation, incorporating change requests and new functionalities
   • Support end users in issue resolution and enhancements
   • Manage user roles and access levels
   • Support global Coupa instance with multiple currencies and configurations
2. Integration Management:
   • Partner on development and support of system integrations
   • Coordinate testing and error resolution
3. General & End User Support:
   • Triage tickets and escalate issues as needed
   • Perform root cause analysis
   • Train users and team members

The Experience You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, or similar
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in Coupa system administration
• Experience with release management, testing, supplier onboarding, and integration
• Understanding of accounting and budget processes
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and business skills

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Archer, SailPoint, MuleSoft, OpenText, Postman, SharePoint, Snowflake
• Experience with change management and end user training
• Understanding of Segregation of Duties and ICFR controls

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $121,770 - $148,830. Additional incentives may apply. Benefits start day 1, including health, paid time off, parental leave, 401k, and more.
