Job description

Senior GTM Systems Administrator (Remote, USA)

United States (Remote)

Description of Duties

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator on the GTM Tools and Tech team at Grafana, you will play a key role in driving the scalability and efficiency of our Salesforce ecosystem. Collaborating closely with other Salesforce admins and cross-functional partners, you’ll lead the design, configuration, and optimization of solutions that support our GTM team. Your responsibilities will include managing complex system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, automating business processes, and supporting integrations with other GTM tools. You'll also help define and enforce best practices, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enable the go-to-market organization to operate with agility and insight.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Salesforce Configuration & Optimization: Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Implement advanced automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools. Participate in change management, release cycles, and UAT processes.
  2. Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data quality through validation rules, duplicate management, and consistent data governance practices. Support data migrations and cleanup efforts in collaboration with RevOps and Data teams.
  3. Integration Support: Support integrations between Salesforce and key GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Grafana, LeanData, Zoominfo). Collaborate with engineering, data, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow and system stability, especially with our custom APIs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Sales or GTM organization
  • 6+ years: Salesforce administration and advanced certification
  • Experience within Salesforce: CPQ
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, SFDC, CPQ, Gong Engage, BoostUp, FullCircleCRM, Leandata, Demandtools, Clay, Zoominfo, Cognism, Lusha, HGInsight
  • Excellent communication skills with senior management audiences—explain “what it is,” “why it matters,” and “what should we do” regarding your projects and solutions; deliver customer-oriented KPIs and solutions to ensure alignment.
  • Located in the United States or Canada

A plus if you have the following

  • Salesforce Security & Access Controls: Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure secure and scalable data access across GTM teams.
  • Audit & Compliance Readiness: Support compliance initiatives by maintaining clear audit trails, file history tracking, and robust security protocols.
  • Security Best Practices: Stay current with Salesforce security updates, perform regular org health checks, and champion proactive risk management.
  • AI & Analytics: Leverage Salesforce Einstein and integrated AI tools to surface actionable insights.

What you’ll bring to the role

You bring deep Salesforce expertise, a passion for process improvement, and a track record of delivering scalable, high-impact solutions within fast-paced, GTM-focused environments. As a strong team player and empathetic business partner, you thrive on collaboration and actively listen to stakeholders’ needs. You’re not just a technical expert—you also understand the “why” behind the business processes you support, and you work with curiosity, humility, and a service-oriented mindset to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to communicate clearly, problem-solve creatively, and adapt in a dynamic environment makes you a key contributor to the broader team’s success.

In the US, the base compensation range for this role is $138,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other listed benefits. *Compensation ranges are country-specific. If you are applying from a different location, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
