Job summary

Temple Health seeks a Sr. Business System Analyst – Payroll to act as a senior SME for PeopleSoft Payroll, analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and coordinating system customizations and upgrades.

You will support users, perform testing, and develop documentation. Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, CIS or related field; 5 years as a functional analyst with system implementations and testing; 5 years with PeopleSoft Payroll or similar; 7 years in financial systems;

Qualifications

• 5 years in a functional Business System Analyst role, including system implementation planning, testing and training.
• 5 years experience with PeopleSoft Payroll or similar payroll systems.
• 7 years experience in a field related to financial systems.

Sr. Business System Analyst – Payroll (Job ID 264998)

Serves as a senior subject matter expert for content, functionality, processes and procedures associated with the PeopleSoft Payroll application. Analyzes business needs, determines system solutions and defines detailed requirements. Works with the technical staff in designing customizations and troubleshooting system issues. Maintains the system and is involved in upgrading the PeopleSoft Payroll system. Also coordinates and performs user support, system testing, troubleshooting and end user training. Develops and maintains application and end user system documentation.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Sciences or related field. Required or

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required

Experience

5 years experience as a functional Business System Analyst including experience in planning and coordinating system implementation projects and system testing, documentation, user procedure development and training Required

5 years experience with PeopleSoft Payroll application or similar Payroll application, with comprehensive knowledge of the application Required

7 years experience in a field related to financial systems Required

2 years experience in Accounting/Finance Preferred

2 years experience with the integration of the Payroll application and other HCM applications Preferred
