Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional HCM Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team in New York. You will support the PeopleSoft HCM environment while guiding upcoming ERP Cloud initiatives, including Workday and Oracle evaluations for FY2028.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and deliver enhancements, while leading functional aspects during upgrades and migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–15 years of experience in techno-functional HCM roles.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Serve as a techno-functional analyst supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications

Hours: M-F 9am-5pm - 2x a week onsite

Job Description

A leading healthcare system is seeking a Senior HCM Analyst to join its Enterprise Applications team supporting Human Capital Management systems. This is a highly visible role that will help support and optimize the organization's current PeopleSoft HCM environment while playing a key role in a future ERP Cloud transformation initiative.

The organization is beginning the assessment phase for a cloud ERP migration (Workday and Oracle are being evaluated), with implementation targeted for FY2028. This presents a unique opportunity to join a team at the beginning of a multi-year transformation journey and help shape the future state of HR, Payroll, and Benefits technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a techno-functional analyst supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and solutions
• Configure and support functionality across one or more HCM domains:
• Payroll
• Human Resources Work closely with developers and integration teams to design and implement solutions
• Provide functional leadership during system upgrades, enhancements, and future ERP migration activities
• Create functional specifications and support testing efforts
• Run SQL queries, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues within the PeopleSoft database
• Support integrations between HCM systems and downstream applications
• Participate in ERP assessment, vendor selection, and future cloud migration initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8-15 years of experience supporting HCM applications in a techno-functional capacity
• Strong experience in at least one of the following:
• HR Administration
• Payroll
• Benefits Administration
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM
• Understanding of HCM configuration and business processes
• Ability to independently manage assignments and deliverables
• Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries
• Strong understanding of database structures and data relationships
• Experience working with technical teams on development and system enhancementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills

$160,000 to $180,000 per year annual salary.
