Job summary

Ladders, a leader in the Information Technology space, seeks a Sr. Business Process Analyst to join the team as a trusted advisor, focusing on improving processes, strengthening change management, and delivering measurable operational outcomes.

This remote role partners with client-facing teams to assess current-state operations and identify efficiency and compliance opportunities. You will help define process standards, metrics, and quality practices that support long-term performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in engineering or a related field.
• Advanced certifications preferred, such as CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects
• Experience across various industries is beneficial
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements and processes

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in continuous process improvement and change management
• Define and develop business processes, policies, and performance metrics
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, including current-state and gap analysis
• Plan and implement process improvements and change management strategies
• Interface with project areas, including customer and client services
• Oversee development and maintenance of quality programs to ensure compliance
• Deliver presentations and training on measurement and process improvement

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on improving business processes, strengthening change management, and supporting the delivery of measurable operational outcomes. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with client-facing teams and project areas to evaluate current-state operations and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and compliance. In this position, you will help define process standards, metrics, and quality practices that support long-term performance improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
