Ladders is seeking a Sr Business Analyst, Data Technology & Operations to enable executive decision-making in a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech context. This remote role focuses on workload, capacity, and prioritization across technology and operations, translating inputs into actionable insights for leaders.

The candidate will partner with cross-functional leaders to surface impacts, support modernization goals, and deliver dashboards and presentations for executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in cross-functional technology organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/visualization tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Business Analyst, Data Technology & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will support operational planning and decision-making across a technology and operations organization, with a focus on workload, capacity, and priority management. The ideal candidate will turn complex inputs from multiple teams into clear insights that help leaders balance competing demands and execute against modernization goals. You will also partner closely with cross-functional leaders to identify constraints, surface organizational impacts, and deliver executive-ready analysis that improves visibility across the function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,800 – $176,300 annually
