Ladders is seeking a Sr. Business Manager - Global Payment Network in McLean, VA to drive strategy, profitability, and execution for a key segment within a large financial services environment.

The role partners with product, marketing, analytics, and project teams to shape lending offerings, improve credit performance, and ensure disciplined delivery of strategic initiatives while developing talent and maintaining financial and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• 3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Business Manager - Global Payment Network to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will drive business strategy, profitability, and execution for a key segment within a large financial services environment. The position will partner across product, marketing, analytics, and project teams to shape lending-related offerings, improve credit performance, and support disciplined delivery of strategic initiatives. It also carries responsibility for developing talent and helping ensure the business operates with strong financial and operational rigor.

Location: Mclean, VA

Compensation: $200,700 – $229,100 annually
