Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Business Manager, Card Technology Strategy to drive growth and profitability in a technology-enabled card business. You will partner with IT, Sales, and Operations to improve service delivery and influence strategic decisions with analytics.

You will manage a team of analysts, lead product and pricing strategies, coordinate projects, and mentor the team in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in qualitative analysis.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Master’s degree in Business or a quantitative field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis preferred.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Business Manager, Card Technology Strategy team to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape business strategy for growth and profitability within a technology-enabled card organization. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Sales, and Operations to improve service delivery, strengthen credit performance, and influence strategic decisions with clear analytical insight.

In addition, this leader will manage and mentor analysts while coordinating execution across product, pricing, and operational priorities. The successful candidate will bring a blend of quantitative rigor, qualitative judgment, and people leadership to help drive business outcomes in a complex financial services environment.

Location: McLean, VA

Compensation: $200,700 – $229,100 annually
