This position supports the strategy, design, growth, and optimization of Medicare Advantage provider Value-Based Care (VBC) programs and alternative payment models across primary care, facility, and specialty programs. Responsibilities include integrating analytical findings, market insights, and business needs to inform VBC program strategy and design; evaluating program performance and identifying strategic enhancements; developing VBC contracting strategies; developing VBC contract templates and program documentation; and creating executive-ready recommendations and presentations.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.
$69,800.00 - $125,900.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
