Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation seeks a senior marketing lead responsible for driving direct-to-consumer growth for Medicare Advantage through DRTV and digital channels. You will develop and execute strategies to achieve application and call volume goals, while optimizing channel performance for member acquisition.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to communicate results to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 8+ years in marketing, campaign management, healthcare marketing, or related fields
  • Master’s degree and 6+ years in marketing, campaign management, healthcare marketing, or related fields OR 12 years of marketing experience
  • Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Deep expertise in marketing strategy, member acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of marketing regulations, healthcare compliance requirements, and enrollment processes
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience translating complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational alignment
  • Exceptional leadership, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities without direct authority

Job Summary

This role is the marketing lead for driving direct-to-consumer growth for Medicare Advantage, focused on the DRTV and Digital marketing channels. The Senior Advisor develops and executes strategies to achieve application and call volume goals, while optimizing channel performance with member acquisition. Success in the role requires strong cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, disciplined execution against growth, volume, and cost targets, and the ability to clearly communicate results with executive leadership.

Required Job Qualifications

Preferred Job Qualifications
  • Prior experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, health insurance, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Understanding of Medicare Advantage target audience, enrollment process, and customer journeys.
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing marketing technologies.

Base Pay Range

$102,000.00 - $184,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
