Job summary

HCSC Group is seeking a Sr Business Consultant to support Medicare Advantage VBC strategy, design, and growth. You will lead complex workstreams, translate analytics into strategic insights, and develop contracting templates and program documentation.

The role is remote nationwide within the continental US, excluding certain states, with executives and cross-functional teams. You will present findings to senior management, collaborate across divisions, and drive decisions that enhance VBC

Responsibilities include integrating analytical findings, market insights, and business needs to inform VBC program strategy and design; evaluating program performance and identifying strategic enhancements; developing VBC contracting strategies; developing VBC contract templates and program documentation; and creating executive-ready recommendations and presentations.
