AttainX, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the DHS ICE FSM automation program. You will analyze current automation systems, map financial processes with BPMN 2.0, and shape deployment strategies aligned with security and compliance requirements.

The role emphasizes process mining, AI-enabled mapping, and cross-functional collaboration with government stakeholders. Remote (U.S.-based) work with occasional travel to DC-area meetings and a strong emphasis on data integrity and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
10+ years in business/systems analysis, process improvement, or technology evaluation.
Experience modeling processes with BPMN 2.0 and familiarity with process mining tools.
Experience prioritizing processes for optimization and defining performance metrics.
Knowledge of DHS/FIPS/NIST security controls and federal financial processes is a plus.
Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop comparative analyses of current automation systems and software solutions.
Create BPMN 2.0 models of current and future processes using AI mapping tools.
Prioritize processes by efficiency and impact; maintain a process inventory.
Lead discovery sessions with ICE stakeholders to document workflows and data flows.
Define and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency and data quality.
Prepare reports and briefings for Government leadership.
Mentor junior analysts and maintain knowledge repositories.
