Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education considered.
• 10+ years of business/systems analysis and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience developing comparative analyses and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Experience modeling processes with BPMN 2.0; familiarity with process mining or AI-enabled mapping tools.
• Knowledge of DHS/FIPS/NIST controls and federal financial processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comparative analyses of current automation systems and select solutions. Assess capabilities, costs, security and fit with ICE needs.
• Create BPMN 2.0 models of current and future financial processes using AI mapping tools.
• Prioritize processes for optimization based on efficiency, impact, and risk; maintain a process inventory.
• Lead discovery sessions with ICE stakeholders to document workflows, rules, pain points, and data flows.
• Contribute to automation and deployment strategies aligned with security and compliance requirements.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure efficiency, data quality, and automation value.
