Job summary

AttainX, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support DHS/ICE FSM automation programs. The focus is on analysis and strategy, not bot development, including BPMN models, process mining, and ML-enabled automation planning.

The role requires security clearances and U.S. citizenship, with remote work from a U.S.-based home office and occasional travel to the DC area for meetings with Government approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, information systems, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in business/systems analysis, process improvement, or tech evaluation with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience developing comparative analyses and presenting to leadership.
• Experience modeling processes with BPMN 2.0; familiarity with process mining or AI mapping tools preferred.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and data integrity, internal controls, and audit-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop comparative analyses of current automation systems and software solutions.
• Create BPMN 2.0 models of current and future states using AI mapping tools; present to Government reviewers.
• Prioritize processes for optimization based on efficiency and risk; maintain a process inventory.
• Facilitate process discovery sessions with ICE stakeholders to document workflows.
• Define strategies for automation deployment aligned with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to increase automation capacity and improve intake and release processes.
• Analyze data for integrity issues and control gaps; recommend improvements for audit readiness.
• Identify use cases for ML in financial RPA workflows and define success metrics.
• Support change management and training for workforce impacted by automation.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports linking business needs to process models and recommendations.
• Maintain project knowledge repository and mentor junior analysts on standards.
