AttainX, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst II to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), CISA, IRME. You will connect mission stakeholders with technical teams to assess business needs, workflows, adoption, and modernization options.

The role requires translating business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria, performing cost-benefit analyses, and supporting project planning across agile, iterative, and waterfall environments. U.S. citizenship and DHS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, information systems or related field.
• 2–4 years of business systems analysis and requirements analysis experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with cost-benefit analyses, tracking project costs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and document business objectives, workflows, and modernization goals.
• Analyze capabilities, document gaps and business requirements for system improvements.
• Serve as liaison between users and technical teams to prioritize capabilities.
• Evaluate modernization options, costs, benefits, risks, and resource needs; inform roadmaps.
