Location: La Verne, CA. Compensation: $221,000–$286,000 annually.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Business Strategy and Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will play a pivotal role in aligning site strategy, governance, and performance management with broader enterprise priorities. The position partners closely with site leadership to drive operational discipline, enable effective decision-making, and strengthen long-range planning across the manufacturing environment. It also has a strong focus on building leadership capability, improving efficiency, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: La Verne, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $221,000 – $286,000 annually
