Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Business Analyst Pod Lead to drive a cross-functional migration effort in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. The role partners with application owners, business users, and program leadership to align migration planning with business needs and constraints.

Remote (US-based candidates only) with a strong emphasis on facilitation, dependency mapping, and risk management to support modernization and cloud adoption initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or authorization to work in the US
• Minimum eight years of business analysis or technical coordination experience
• Experience with application migration, modernization, or cloud adoption projects
• Strong understanding of application dependencies and requirements traceability
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, especially with executives
• Ability to work independently on complex problems and provide functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement with application owners and business users
• Prepare and validate migration profiles for applications
• Document business functions, critical transactions, and operational constraints
• Lead a migration team and coordinate activities from planning through acceptance
• Validate requirements and confirm application readiness for migration

For our client, we are seeking a Business Analyst Pod Lead to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will guide a cross-functional migration effort that spans business analysis, application readiness, and stakeholder coordination. The person in this position will work closely with application owners, business users, and program leadership to support complex modernization and cloud adoption initiatives. Success in this role will depend on strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of application dependencies, and the ability to keep migration planning aligned with business requirements and operational constraints.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $211,000 annually
