Job summary

Veridic Solutions LLC is recruiting a senior Business Systems Analyst to support product delivery, analyze cross-functional initiatives, and document requirements. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring alignment with measurable business outcomes.

The candidate will work with enterprise systems, APIs, and data integrations, applying strong SQL skills and experience with Agile delivery, UAT, and release readiness. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, IT business analysis, product analysis, or related technology delivery roles.
• Experience documenting business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system/data integration needs.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems, third-party integrations, APIs, reporting/data flows, or line-of-business applications.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery, UAT, release readiness, and operational change.
• Experience with analyzing JSON, XML, C+, HTML and other technical structures.

• Product Delivery Support: Participates in planning and product backlog prioritization, supporting iterative solution development. Lead end-to-end business and system impact assessments for new applications, enhancements, and integrations.
• Business Analysis & Solution Design: Independently performs discovery and analysis on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document clear business and technical requirements.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Uses data and metrics to quantify business impact and opportunities.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Improves readiness through clear UAT planning and deployment readiness criteria.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Drive improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Documentation & Communication: Create detailed requirements, process flows, and training materials.
• Project Management: May lead smaller-scale business or system change efforts.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Product Delivery Support: Participates in planning and product backlog prioritization, supporting iterative solution development. Lead end-to-end business and system impact assessments for new applications, enhancements, and integrations by identifying dependencies, data impacts, operational considerations, security requirements, and downstream effects across enterprise systems.
• Business Analysis & Solution Design: Independently performs discovery and analysis oncomplex, cross-functional initiatives. Analyzes operational data, system performance, and process metrics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actions.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document clear business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and process evaluations ensuring requirements are complete, testable, traceable and aligned to measurable business outcomes. Translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and value-driven solution.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Uses data and metrics to quantify business impact, adoption, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Improves implementation readiness through clear UAT planning, stakeholder alignment, training support, and deployment readiness criteria. Facilitation and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Continuous Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Supports operational efficiency by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
• Documentation & Communication: Create detailed business and functional requirements, process flows, system context diagrams, and training materials tailored to both technical and business audiences.
• Project Management: May lead smaller-scale business or system change efforts when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, IT business analysis, product analysis, or related technology delivery roles.
• Experience documenting business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system/data integration needs.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems, third-party integrations, APIs, reporting/data flows, or line-of-business applications.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Lucidchart, Confluence, or similar tools.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automotive industry, F&I, insurance, or regulated environments.
