Join T-Mobile’s Media Analytics team and help lead the transformation of marketing measurement through data-driven insights. As a Sr Business Analysis Manager – Media Analytics & Attribution, you’ll evaluate paid media performance, optimize investment strategies, and guide business decisions with analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead analytical initiatives to evaluate media performance and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and refine measurement approaches.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Integrate data from various sources to assess media impact.
  • Create forecasting and performance evaluation tools for proactive planning.
  • Define success metrics, build dashboards, and support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain standardized KPIs and benchmarks for measurement.
  • Present insights to senior management to influence decisions.
  • Adapt reporting to evolving business needs and stay informed on media trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years in analytics, media measurement, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with data automation skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with paid media channels and AdTech platforms (preferred).

This role requires location in Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid schedule of at least 3 days in-office per week.
