About the Media Analytics Team

The Media Analytics team provides actionable insights to enhance paid media efficiency and drive business outcomes through data-driven analytics, attribution models, ad testing, and forecasting. The Sr Business Analysis Manager delivers these insights to support strategic decision-making and shape T-Mobile's long-term vision. Responsibilities include analysis and reporting using techniques such as statistics, data science, data mining, machine learning, and business intelligence software.

This role is based at our Bellevue, WA HQ with a hybrid work arrangement of three days in the office per week.

What you'll do in your role
  1. Interact with various teams across T-Mobile to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences.
  2. Serve as a key contact for providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments. Define success metrics and benchmarks for products and campaigns. Question results and identify meaningful insights beyond just reporting numbers.
  3. Apply analytical and modeling skills to improve decision-making across various options, presenting findings and recommendations for resource prioritization at all organizational levels.
  4. Construct executive-level presentations and communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to influence leadership decisions.
Experience you'll bring
  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, science, mathematics, or information systems; MBA, MS, or PhD is a plus.
  2. 7+ years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative methods, including data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), SQL analysis, and competitive research.
  3. Experience with Python, R, Go, or similar data science languages is preferred.
  4. Attention to detail while managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Ability to analyze broad datasets and deliver insights that enhance value and ROI.
  6. Strong communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams and explain complex analysis to various stakeholders, including leadership.
  7. A track record of learning new analytical skills and technical knowledge in a dynamic setting.
  8. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and organize documentation effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range: $96,700 - $174,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The actual pay will depend on location, qualifications, and experience within the range. Employees are eligible for annual bonuses or incentives based on role and performance, including year-end bonuses, monthly bonuses, and other benefits.
