Join T-Mobile's Media Analytics team and help lead the transformation of marketing measurement through data-driven insights. As a Sr Business Analysis Manager - Media Analytics & Attribution, you'll evaluate paid media performance, optimize investment strategies, and guide business decisions with clear, actionable analytics.

What You'll Do:
  1. Lead analytical initiatives to evaluate and optimize media performance, uncover insights, and advise campaign strategy.
  2. Collaborate with business partners to define goals, interpret performance, and refine measurement approaches.
  3. Build and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  4. Integrate data from various platforms for a comprehensive view of media impact.
  5. Develop forecasting tools for proactive planning and scenario modeling.
  6. Define success metrics, build dashboards, and support strategic decisions.
  7. Maintain standardized KPIs and benchmarks for scalable measurement.
  8. Create executive-ready presentations translating analysis into strategic narratives.
  9. Adjust reporting and insights based on evolving business needs.
  10. Stay informed on media trends, tools, and methodologies to champion measurement innovation.
What You'll Bring:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
  2. 7+ years in analytics, marketing/media measurement, or business intelligence.
  3. Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  4. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  5. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  6. Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  7. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships.
  9. Passion for media analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  10. Familiarity with paid media channels and AdTech platforms (preferred).

This role requires location in Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days in-office).
