CBRE Milpitas, CA is seeking a onsite Maintenance Technician responsible for complex preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems at a Life Sciences/Pharma GMP site.
The role is Monday–Friday with core hours around 7am-3:30pm and some overtime. A valid driver’s license is required. Metasys/BMS experience is preferred, and EPA certification is an asset.
Performs complex preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of buildings. Working under general direction, monitors building system operations and performance. Has critical, specialized knowledge required at a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical GMP client site.
This is a fully onsite role in Milpitas, CA Monday-Friday with core hours of about 7am-3:30pm and some overtime as needed. Must hold valid & active driver’s license.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $130,000 to $135,000 annual base salary depending on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
