Job summary

CORG Management Group in Columbia, SC, seeks a Senior BAS Technician to support Moncrief Army Health Clinic (MAHC) at Fort Jackson. The role covers operation, maintenance, programming, and optimization of building automation and control systems in a healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will oversee BAS operations across MAHC and its outlying facilities, ensuring reliable environmental control in clinical, administrative, and critical care areas to support patient care and clinic

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Certification in TAC Americas or Siemens Building Technologies (SBT) control systems preferred.
• Candidates may obtain the certification after hire if not already held.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic controls and DDC integration.
• Solid understanding of BAS, HVAC operations, energy management, and HMI integration.

Responsibilities

• Interpret HVAC and mechanical drawings, specifications and sequences of operation.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, test, and optimize BAS and related utility systems.
• Manage Medical Gas systems serving critical areas while supporting energy initiatives.
• Oversee BAS operations across MAHC and outlying facilities for reliable performance.
