Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; trade school for HVAC/refrigeration/electrical and DDC control preferred.
• Three years HVAC/Mechanical experience.
• Knowledge of building controls and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC and hospital mechanical systems.
• Respond to emergency calls and assist qualified technicians.
• Assist other trades with plumbing, kitchen equipment repairs, and related systems.
• Maintain safety and hygiene; follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Document work orders and ensure timely completion.
