Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Control Technician for our Main Campus. You will operate, maintain, and repair HVAC control systems supporting medical and research spaces, ensuring environmental conditions meet strict standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with DDC and electromechanical controls, plus knowledge of Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider, and Siemens software. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7AM to 3PM, with a focus on safe, reliable facility operations.

Competenze

• 5 years of experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting DDC, electromechanical, and electropneumatic controls.
• 2 years of relevant experience with HVAC technology.
• Knowledge of building automation software systems (Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider, Siemens).

Mansioni

• Operate, maintain, and repair electric, digital, and pneumatic HVAC control systems.
• Read, interpret, and record system data and correct abnormal conditions.
• Inspect and test air and water distribution equipment and determine operating conditions.
• Adjust and calibrate controls as needed.
• Respond to customer questions and requests with courteous, professional service.
