Baptist Health System, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Controls Technician for the Plant Facilities Department at Baptist Medical Center Clay.

You will install, program, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain HVAC control and BAS across facilities to ensure comfortable, safe environments for patient care and operations. This role requires diagnosing issues, responding to alarms, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors on upgrades.

Qualifications

• HVAC controls, building automation, and related equipment knowledge.
• Experience with BAS, sensors, actuators and thermostats.
• Electrical and mechanical systems familiarity.
• EPA Refrigeration Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment and building automation systems.
• Install, program, and maintain BAS and HVAC control systems.
• Diagnose issues, respond to alarms, document configurations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors on upgrades.
