Qualifications

• 3 years of maintenance tech experience to include HVAC experience; may substitute if graduate from HVAC program.
• 1 year of experience with BAS controls, preferably in commercial/healthcare HVAC or BAS program graduate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVACR equipment and systems.
• Ensure safe operation of complex HVAC systems.
• Manage BAS controls, pumps, chillers, water treatment, air handlers, VAVs, and related components.
