Job Summary

The Senior Brand Standards Coach (SBSC) plays a vital role in enhancing the growth and success of our franchise system. The primary responsibilities include conducting Restaurant Operations Improvement Process (ROIP) evaluations and supporting New Restaurant Openings (NROs). The SBSC leads a team of BSCs, providing coaching, guidance, and ensuring efficient time management and ROIP frequency. Building credibility through operational expertise and fostering strong relationships with franchisees and staff are key. The SBSC also identifies operational improvements to boost efficiency and profitability, upholding Papa John's core values and brand standards to safeguard and grow the brand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ROIPs to meet company visit frequency goals.
• Interpret, uphold, and enforce brand standards and operational policies.
• Support successful NROs and franchise calibration visits.
• Assist in testing and rolling out new products.
• Train new team members in the Management Development Program and promotions.
• Drive operational improvements to enhance guest experience, product quality, and profitability.
• Provide hands-on training and constructive feedback during evaluations.
• Manage time and territory efficiently.
• Communicate identified areas for improvement post-visit.
• Plan travel to be cost-effective.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
• Oversee and guide a team of BSCs, including performance feedback and direction on ROIP execution.
