Job Summary

The Senior Brand Standards Coach (SBSC) plays a critical role in the growth and success of our franchise system. The primary responsibilities include facilitating Restaurant Operations Improvement Process (ROIP) evaluations and supporting New Restaurant Openings (NROs). The SBSC leads a team of BSCs, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management. They build credibility with franchisees through operational expertise, conduct restaurant visits, identify improvement areas, and uphold brand standards to protect and enhance the Papa Johns brand.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct ROIPs to meet company goals for visit frequency
• Enforce brand standards and operational policies
• Support NROs and franchise calibration visits
• Assist in testing and rolling out new products
• Train new team members as per the Management Development Program (MDP)
• Drive operational improvements to enhance profitability and guest experience
• Provide hands-on training and constructive feedback during evaluations
• Manage time and territory efficiently
• Communicate identified areas for improvement
• Plan travel cost-effectively
• Complete administrative duties promptly
• Oversee and guide a team of BSCs on performance and ROIP execution
