Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Sr. Benefits Analyst leads and manages the administration of complex employee benefits programs. This role is pivotal in strategic analysis, program design, and policy development. The Sr. Benefits Analyst will work closely with management to enhance benefits programs, ensure compliance, and drive improvements. Additionally, this position will mentor Benefits Analysts and provide expert guidance on benefits-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5 years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.

Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

$76,128.00 - $137,030.40

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
