Job description

Sr. Associate, Compensation Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Operations Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on managing the annual compensation planning process, ensuring seamless execution, and serving as the primary liaison between the Compensation and HRIS teams. The ideal candidate will have project management expertise and familiarity with HRIS systems. The role offers exposure to compensation activities such as market benchmarking and job evaluations, providing a great opportunity to work at the intersection of compensation strategy, HR data management, and system optimization. You will play a key role in driving the success of the company's compensation programs while gaining exposure to both technical and strategic aspects of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of the annual compensation planning cycle.
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the Compensation and HRIS teams to align data, systems, and processes.
  • Define system requirements for compensation planning and drive process improvements.
  • Oversee collection, validation, and reporting of compensation data.
  • Collaborate with HRIS team to troubleshoot system issues and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Produce reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting trends and insights.
  • Assist with compensation analyses, market benchmarking, and survey submissions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in project management or HRIS roles, preferably related to compensation.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills, especially with complex data or system issues.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles such as market benchmarking and job evaluations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

This role is exempt from overtime pay.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000

Discretionary bonus eligibility: Yes

Base salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and location. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and may participate in incentive programs.
