Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 total

Role Summary

The ES Operations Lead, Americas, will oversee and execute HR operational strategies across the region. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle processes, HR technology, compliance, payroll, and process improvements. The role involves collaborating with regional teams and supporting global HR initiatives, including the upcoming Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR operations across the Americas, ensuring compliance with local laws and global policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and automation.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in employment practices.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
  • Manage HRIS and other HR technologies for data accuracy and reporting.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
  • Develop HR metrics and reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to optimize HR services.
  • Lead and develop the HR operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience managing HR operations in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws across the Americas.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP).
  • Proven process improvement and change management skills.
  • Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Skills
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles.
  • Experience working in a global HR context, especially in Central & Latin America.
Location Requirement

Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure effective collaboration.
