About the Team

As one of DoorDash’s core operations teams, Partner Strategy & Operations manages DoorDash’s global support centers to ensure a world-class customer experience on budget.

About the Role

We seek an Associate Manager, Partner Strategy and Operations, to oversee the cost of our global Partner support network. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring accuracy of support Partner costs
2. Managing Support AHT, chat concurrency, and efficiency initiatives while maintaining customer experience quality
3. Identifying new opportunities and leading pilots for scaling

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Support & Integrity Operations Cost and offers remote work with an office option.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Support, Consumer & Dasher S&O, Workforce, and Finance to meet or exceed cost metrics
• Monitor and improve metrics like AHT, Support Unit Economics, and Costs
• Analyze data at both strategic and operational levels
• Resolve vendor billing and reimbursement issues through direct communication
• Develop scalable processes and tools to enhance efficiency
• Build rapport with cross-functional teams
• Implement organizational plans monthly, quarterly, and annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in learning SQL
• Experience in detailed analysis and financial modeling

Compensation

The salary range is $95,200 — $140,000 USD, determined by skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Compensation includes potential equity grants and comprehensive benefits such as 401(k), paid time off, health insurance, parental leave, and more.
