Job Title: Associate Operations Manager - CIED Monitoring

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $105,000

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 20-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, providing daily oversight and mentorship.
  • Coordinate staffing, review timecards, and ensure quality compliance.
  • Conduct team meetings, set expectations, and review KPIs to measure performance.
  • Mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and conduct evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Facilitate clinic onboarding and contribute to customer success initiatives.
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and policy development.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding team and operational updates.
Qualifications
  • IBHRE Certification required
  • Experience managing large teams and scheduling
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Teams
