Duties

• Effectively manage a litigation caseload with two dedicated support staff, meeting all deadlines
• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including managing all phases of litigation and trial
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop comprehensive case strategies
• Prepare and argue motions, attend depositions, and handle discovery
• Maintain organized, detailed case files with regular communication and counsel provided to clients
• Collaborate with partner attorneys, legal support staff, and expert witnesses on case preparation and trial execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Experience in at least 1-2 jury trials as first or second chair
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and committed to client-centered advocacy and continuous professional development
• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
