Overall Purpose
Provides confidential administrative support to one or more Senior Managers, assisting in the management of daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Confidential Administrative Support: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Interact effectively with executive, administrative, and line management personnel, as well as external customers and vendors.
- Operational and Administrative Oversight: Support Senior Managers in managing daily activities, prioritizing assignments, and establishing administrative standards and procedures to ensure smooth organizational operations.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate events, and arrange travel for Senior Managers and team members.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to organizational policies. Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, presentations, and other essential documents. Execute special projects involving research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Administrative Duties and Guidance: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel actions, and budgets. Provide guidance to assistants and managers on administrative practices.
Job Contribution
This is an entry-level professional role requiring foundational knowledge. Applies company policies to routine situations and follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work. Contributes to project completion and organizational objectives, impacting productivity and expenditures. Works under regular supervision with visibility primarily within the department or region.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred. 1–3 years of related experience.
Salary
USD $71,900.00 - $107,900.00 Annual
