Job summary

AT&T seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in Mentor, OH. You will oversee daily operations, assist merchandising and launches, and help meet sales objectives while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants toward targets, lead promotional activities, and participate in off-site events. The role offers a clear leadership path with strong salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry

Prior management experience

Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems

The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
