Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager to oversee daily store operations in Mountain Iron, MN. You will help with merchandising, product launches and meeting sales objectives, while coaching a team of consultants for sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
