Irvine Company Apartment Communities, a division of Irvine Company, seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to guide day-to-day operations at our North Irvine community. You’ll mentor a resident services team, handle escalations, and ensure exceptional customer service and safety standards across the property.

The Senior Assistant Manager oversees the day to day operations of the operating unit and leads a team. This role mentors and develops the resident services team, promptly handles resident escalations, resolves customer questions and concerns, and upholds customer service standards.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range:$33.17 -$41.25
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
