Irvine Company Apartment Communities (a division of Irvine Company) is hiring a Service Manager I to oversee maintenance at multifamily communities. You will lead a maintenance team, manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers while upholding safety and budget targets.
Your role includes ensuring OSHA compliance, coordinating inspections, and driving timely, high-quality work across up to 500 apartment homes. A proactive leader with 2–5 years of experience is preferred.

The Service Manager I oversees maintenance operations for communities of up to 500 apartment homes and leads a maintenance team to provide excellent customer service, perform service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers. Manages the budget and inventory, ensures adherence to company standards and safety/Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and collaborates on asset preservation and operational excellence initiatives.
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate:$39.57
