Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, mentor the resident services team, and ensure outstanding customer service across communities.
You will hire and coach staff, handle escalations, supervise maintenance of common areas, and ensure SOP compliance while driving efficiency through new technologies.

Base Pay Range: $33.17 - $41.25
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
