Mark Anthony Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior National Fulfillment Analyst to support finished goods inventory, distributor relationships, and process improvements across the supply chain. You will own FG inventory and related activities, including order management and aging risk, while collaborating with internal teams to raise service levels.

• 3–5 years in Supply Chain or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes.

Responsabilités

• Own Finished Goods inventory including quality, internal stock transfers, aging risk, and fill rate.
• Manage distributor orders from receipt to fulfillment.
• Support demand with o9 Solutions; build Power BI reporting.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply, and Transportation to optimize service levels.
• Lead cross-functional projects and training for interns.

The Senior National Fulfillment Analyst position will report directly to the National Fulfillment Manager and be responsible for supporting the Mark Anthony Brands business on the following operational fronts: management of finished goods inventory, relationship management, and process improvement.

Accountabilities

• Management of Finished Goods Inventory – Ownership of Sales Orders and FG Shuttle movements shipping to and from NFAs site..
• Relationship management between a cross-functional cohort of internal and external stakeholders
• Process Improvement driven to reduce waste, maximize efficiency, and maximize service levels
• Product Life-cycle management – Manage seasonal transitions, Brand Refreshes, and New Product Innovations
• Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Supply, and Transportation
• Training of new NFAs and summer Interns
• Continuous Improvement activities – Reporting, Automation Tools, etc…

Qualifications, Education, & Experience

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
• Intermediate understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes.

Compensation

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
