Job summary

Mark Anthony Group seeks an experienced operations leader to own the day-to-day co-packing network and translate demand into executable production and supply plans. You will drive service, quality and cost, resolve disruptions, and partner across quality, supply chain, finance, logistics and engineering to meet objectives.

Lead cross-functional rhythms from forecast through shipment, onboard new co-packers, and push for continuous improvements. Competitive Chicago salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management).
• 8+ years of food, beverage, CPG manufacturing/operations and supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-site co-packing network and support customer co-manufacturing operations.
• Deliver service, quality and cost objectives; resolve disruptions with urgency.
• Identify, onboard and manage suppliers; monitor performance and deliverables.
• Collaborate with quality, supply chain, finance, logistics and operations to mitigate risk.
• Manage costs, budgets and forecasts; ensure accurate supplier documentation.
