HighLevel is seeking a seasoned payments operations professional to own the end-to-end payment lifecycle for affiliate commissions and contractual payments.

You will be the go-to person for affiliates with questions about money, resolving disputes, and building trust while collaborating with Affiliate Managers to ensure payment accuracy across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commissions, affiliate payouts, revenue operations, or finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Affiliate Managers to verify deliverables and provide final sign-off on payment accuracy.
• Handle payout disputes, clawbacks, refunds, and chargebacks end to end.
• Write SOPs and exception policies to create a repeatable process.
